"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I have heard various views about the youth. The sponsor of this Bill has consistently explained himself to the House about what informed these amendments that have been made in the whole Bill. I am personally satisfied. There have been other views. People were complaining that others have been appointed to directorships whereas the youth are not appointed. By the way, the directorship of a board is not employment. We are now creating a case for the youth of this country to be employed. I have no problem with the way it is. I support this amendment."
