    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I wish to second the acceptance of what the Mover has said. I want to say this as I second; the amendment made to this Bill this morning recognizes the fact that unemployment in this country is not only a youth problem. It is a cross-cutting problem and, as we sort out the youth unemployment, we also recognize the fact that we need to sort unemployment problem holistically and the fact that the youth also graduate.
