    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. In my one minute, I must congratulate the Committee but, of course, tell the Hon. Chair of the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare that he came up with his Bill not to convince Hon. Sakaja, who even today has a passion. The public should know that the passion and the original object of this Bill was the youth. The inclusivity is very welcome but the youth should know that we are concerned. Hon. Sakaja is still concerned about their employment. We know that 70 per cent of the youth are unemployed. This is a major problem for this country."
