    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also must congratulate the Member. We now have, at least, an Act on employment. But I still think that there is nothing wrong with taking a specific group of people, particularly the youth and addressing their problem. There are many areas where we make “cutoffs” for even children. So, the youth would have needed a very specific action. But all said and done, it is a good thing. But, in a way, there has been a little loss."
