I do not know how the order of priority or the listing of this is concerned because yesterday, the next Bill which should have been discussed during Second Reading at conclusion yesterday was the County Attorney Bill. I expected that when the Leader of Majority was giving a report on what is to be done next week, the County Attorney Bill, having been the next yesterday, would feature somewhere at the top so that we begin debating it on Tuesday. This Bill has been pending for quite some time but as it is now, it is not even mentioned in the Senate Majority Leader’s Statement. Yesterday, when we completed The HIV and AIDS Prevention Control and Management (Amendment) Bill, the Bill was next. If the proceedings had continued for another five minutes, I would have began moving that Bill yesterday. But now for next week ---"
