    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, over and above, this President being desirous to deepening and widening good governance in his country, he has also offered that the law of that land be changed so that the presidential term that runs two terms of seven years each, be reduced to two terms of five years each. I laud President Macky Sall and hope that the leadership of this country, especially the Senate and the Council of Governors (CoG) who will produce the future presidents of this county, are watching. I hope they will do the same when the time comes and not go the route of President Nkurunziza, President Museveni and others. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
