Matters of public notoriety or where anybody sitting anywhere can see that something is questionable or wrong cannot be gagged from being aired here. However, I thank you because when you directed that I stop going towards that direction, you did not require me to withdraw or order that the statement be expunged from the record. Given your wide experience in law, I am sure you know that I had not breached any Standing Order."
