I do not think it serves any particular purpose for us to have subsidiary meetings, where only 10 or 15 of us will show up. However, I would suggest that we give this debate sufficient time and notice, so that anybody who wants to make a contribution to this Report exhaustively discusses it. I support the recommendation by Sen. Orengo."
