    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have been through this road before and I do not think we have learnt much. You were on the Chair last time when this happened. We are just pleading with you that you restore the dignity of the Senate of treating our guests accordingly. This is because we have people who you can see and who you have not recognised. We do not know who they are, but there are people who are supposed to be here. We do not want them to take a message back to their counties that the Chair failed to recognise them when they were here.
