Member who spoke earlier misinformed the House because he referred to the Minister for Lands as having not given an answer and yet I am sure he was late. This is because the Minister for Lands gave an exhaustive and acceptable answer. To say that we are not ready to do our job is to miss the point. I am wondering why Question No.717 has been skipped when I am ready and willing to answer it."
