    "content": "In terms of processing claims, in my view, we need to come up with specified forms so that when a claimant arrives in a court there will be clerks who will list down the claims because most of our people have not gone to school. How will they draw the claims? The claimants must be assisted by the court. The forms must be specific and list the manner of the claim or its nature so that as the court proceeds to process, the claim is very clear and the claimant will understand the two."
