    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this very important Bill. At the outset, I would like to say that this Bill is timely. It is meant to formalize alternative dispute resolution which has become very expensive. The small courts will be able to address issues that are prohibitive to access to justice for those who cannot afford the high cost of litigation. This Bill will also address issues of compensation where small issues can be resolved in those lower courts."
