    "content": "Finally, I would like to say that the small claims court is a concept that is obviously a low-cost model of justice. This will demystify the court process which is often seen to be for the rich people. So, those courts will serve even the common mwananchi . So, the people who will be serving in those lower courts should be identified within the locality. They should be qualified and competent to serve our people with diligence."
