    "content": "Hon. Speaker, with regard to partnerships in businesses, I know that some people have lost their properties and money because of lack of arbitration. An adjudicator would arbitrate the case and make the parties in dispute understand each other and continue with their businesses. However, because there are no arbitrators, many businesses are being broken into and many partners lose their money or capital. Having the small claims court in a local area can help people who are doing businesses to understand each other whenever there is a problem between them. With those few remarks, I stand to support."
