    "content": "Another thing that is important and that we need to look at here is this: When we talk about small, how small is small? This is something that also needs to be looked at very seriously because as we look at the magistrate’s courts, the simplest or the level of cases in terms of monies that are supposed to be involved, we see the magistrate’s courts get up to the level of Kshs3 million.
