    "content": "There is the issue of legal representation by lawyers. I support the idea considering that many Kenyans cannot afford to pay lawyers. But I also agree with Hon. Alice Wahome that, that may remove lawyers and introduce brokers because there is no proper description of the representation that we are talking about.
