    "content": "I can see my time is up and so, I will say that this Bill will go a long way to ease congestion in our courts and give justice within the shortest time possible. It will come up with answers to questions and issues in a more applicable way; which will be satisfactory and acceptable to our communities who are not well versed with the court procedures in our current situation."
