Indeed, this is a very critical Bill because of the constitutional time-frame and also pursuant to Articles 48 and 169 of the Constitution. It is the responsibility of the State to ensure that justice is accessed in a reasonable manner. One of the critical issues about this Bill is about the issue of representation.
