    "content": "Clause 26 allows for the proceedings to be conducted in an informal manner and for the use of our native languages. That is very acceptable. It will be a relaxed environment and it will be very easy for women - whom I want to support - the youth, elderly persons and persons with disabilities to access the court and get justice."
