    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I also want to add my voice in supporting the Small Claims Court Bill of 2015. In our Kenyan way of doing things, in the past it was the elders who used to deal with issues. Then came the chiefs but in the process, some issues used to be solved and others not. The people who came from bigger clans, who had more powerful elders and chiefs, would end being favoured. We have a situation here where we are going to have people with issues concerning small claims being dealt with in a more legal manner.
