I agree with the Members who have said that the Bill is very progressive. I start by congratulating the Chief Justice, the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary and the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) for spearheading this kind of a Bill. If I were in my former position, I would have called this Bill a human rights based Bill."
