    "content": "The Chief Justice was on record saying that there is a heavy case load in Kenyan courts. Due to that, there is obviously need for some of these cases to be handled in different ways. In fact, he said that we need to look for alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. He even implied that we go traditional. That means if you have wronged me, I can go and talk to some character at home there and make sure that whatever they do, will make you pay me back. What was making him get to that position was because of the pressure that they have as the courts in Kenya. This is going to be helpful in ensuring that we ease the burden that is in court systems."
