    "content": ", you might end up going to the police. This is what happens. The police also create what we call kangaroo courts to give justice. Recently, I had a constituent who had a problem. Somebody grazed his goats in his farm and damaged his flowers. As is normal in natural justice, he confiscated the goats so that he could seek some compensation. The compensation was as little as Kshs500 but a policeman was involved in this case. He came in and arrested my constituent because he had kept those goats overnight because they had damaged flowers. That is totally against the law but that is what keeps on happening when we do not have easy ways of getting justice for our people.
