    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Chairman of the Committee on Health for that response but as you have realized, when we began this Session, the issues that have dominated this House especially on matters of health in terms of negligence are still very many. Therefore, I want to seek clear clarifications from the Chair. First, I am interested with the kind fines that have been meted to the eight cases that have been determined so far in the last 10 years. The Chair should clarify the names of the medical practitioners or the crime and the charges preferred against them. Secondly, if the Chairman says that between 2014 and 2015, 89 people were arrested for negligence or for malpractices and only 13 cases have been prosecuted in the last 10 years, I would like to know why we have discrepancy because 89 people were arrested in just two years but in ten years, we only have 13 cases. I also seek clarity on the issue of children that were injected wrongly---"
