    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was just trying to give the history. The KPLC Ltd. workers in Mombasa went on strike for almost a week, and the police did not move in. The ones in Kisumu immediately started the strike and threatened to turn violent. That is why the police came in to maintain law and order. We know the Constitutional provision that they are supposed to strike, but they should not also threaten the lives of others and property. They should do it peacefully and in a civilized way."
