    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I do not want to revisit your ruling. However, we have taken too much time on Statements and the real business of the House begins when we are dealing with Motions. I note that in view of the fact that we do not even have a quorum in the House, you have allocated only five minutes which means that after the Mover and a reply, we may not even exhaust the two hours. With utmost respect, I am requesting that in view of the numbers we have in the House, could you possibly review your ruling. Five minutes for the issues that are raised in this Speech and for a Senator to stand up as if we are in the other House to speak for five minutes, it would not be doing justice to this Speech.
