    "content": "(Sen. (Prof) Kindiki): Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank the intervention of the Leader of Minority because I was actually struggling on how to condense all these in ten minutes. Obedience to our constitutions is very important. Time has come for Africa` and Africans to respect the rules we set for ourselves. I am very happy and proud as a Kenyan and as an African to be associated with the transition that has taken place in Tanzania repeatedly. I think they have set a good example for the rest of us. We, in Kenya, have had the smooth departure of President Moi who handed over to President Kibaki. We have also seen President Kibaki hand over power to President Uhuru Kenyatta in accordance with our Constitution. As Kenyans, we believe that tradition will be maintained so that we could respect the Constitution that we have put into place.
