I think the best advice I will give to my good friend the Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee is to frame a question to the Minister for Infrastructure and next week as a matter of priority the Minister will appear before the Transport, Public Works and Housing Committee. The Vice-Chair is seated here. I am saying next week Wednesday or Tuesday of the week after so that the Cabinet Secretary can be questioned by Parliament. The Member will be there to ask what happened to the Engineers Regulations. Why are they keeping it for four years?"
