    "content": "If you look at Section 3 of this Bill, it gives the guidelines of the national values and principles as stipulated in Article 10 of our Constitution, which is fundamental to the rights of justice. It also gives clear guidelines and principles to the judicial authority set out in Article 159 of the Constitution to make sure that judges give fair trial and fair justice to the people."
