    "content": "If you look at the Bill, it clearly stipulates how the president of the court will be elected and how he will exercise his mandate as the president of the court. It is important to note that this Bill gives clear timelines on when the court should go on recess to make sure that the common mwananchi, that is, the Wanjiku of this country, is aware of the timing. He or she will know when there will be court proceedings, if they have cases. That is well taken care of. That is in Article No.26 which states clearly that the second Thursday of every Easter week and 1st August to 15th of September will be the holidays of the court."
