    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this chance to contribute to this very important Bill. Speaking as a lawyer, I know especially what goes on in our courts. One of the courts in our court system that is most efficient is the Court of Appeal. It has a very efficient registry. Before the Supreme Court came up, the records at the Court of Appeal were very neat. The registry was very well organised. The filing of documents was very efficient and I believe that this Bill will even enhance the efficiency in the Court of Appeal. It is a very important part in the judicial system that we must support."
