    "content": "It must also be understood that several cases have ended up in the Court of Appeal. Initially, people used to think that the Court of Appeal is just to deal with matters of law but, as we speak today, the Court of Appeal seems to be one of the most important levels in our judicial system. I would like to thank the Mover of this Bill because the management is being enhanced so that we can have serious accountability and a system that can allow those courts to work properly. That is very important."
