    "content": "This Bill also gives powers to the president of the Court of Appeal to oversee the proper administration of the courts. The idea of having the courts being managed from elsewhere or by the highest authority, like the president of the Supreme Court, is not good enough. The president shall have the mandate to supervise the administrative activities in the Court of Appeal. That is a very good idea."
