    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Bill because it is something which the Constitution expects us to do. Article 164 of the Constitution provides that Parliament shall do an Act of Parliament to operationalise that Article. What we have been doing in the last two weeks is geared towards strengthening the rule of law and restructuring of judiciary system in this country."
