    "content": "As has been observed by my fellow colleagues, there was a time when judgement would be passed and one would question whether those judgements are considered as they are supposed to be. I believe with this particular law and the other laws that we have endeavoured to discuss and pass within these Chambers, the question of independence of Judiciary will now not be an issue for anybody to complain."
