    "content": "As a legislator in this House, one of my greatest dreams has always been that the creed in our national anthem: “May justice be our shield and defender,” shall at some time in our history emerge to be the most important defining public philosophy in this country. That, indeed, all of us will look upon justice as our shield and defender. Justice cannot be our shield and defender if we do not pay the highest fidelity to the rule of law and respect court orders."
