    "content": "I raise this matter during the debate of this law in my belief and hope that we will remain committed to the agenda of reforming, improving the character and capacity of our Judiciary so that in future we will have the unequivocal confidence to handle matters arising within our jurisdiction ourselves and also to urge the political class that we bear such a heavy responsibility to heal, unite and move this country forward. If there are any prayers that we should all be undertaking as politicians, we should be praying for the unity and the healing of this country but not prayers that can only serve to divide this country further."
