    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it will be very unfortunate if, indeed, we go to the second phase of this project without an independent audit of all the funds that have been expended during the first phase. Like the other hon. Members who have spoken, I would like to tell the Minister that even in Central Imenti Constituency which I represent, I have complained and written letters regarding the management of these funds. Could the Minister assure this House that he will appoint an independent audit firm to carry out an investigation into how those funds were expended and table that report in this House?"
