    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I also rise to support this Bill. Let me start by saying that this Bill will give effect to Article 48 of our Constitution together with Article 169 but very importantly is Article 48 which says access to justice. It says that the State shall ensure access to justice for all persons and if any fee is required, it shall be reasonable and shall not impede access to justice. Therefore, the main objective of this Bill is to access justice with a very affordable fee.
