Members, before we proceed to the next Order, which is a Motion, I need to make an announcement because I had sought to confirm that we will not be distributing strange documents to Hon. Members. The announcement is with regard to the Report of the Commission of Inquiry into Post Election Violence chaired by Hon. Justice Phillip Waki, Judge of the Court of Appeal. This Report was tabled in this House during the 10th Parliament on 4th December, 2008. Therefore, it is not a strange document to the House. Anybody who wishes to read and make reference to it is within their rights to do so. But I had to confirm that, indeed, it had been tabled in the House, so that we do not start distributing strange documents with references to them being made by Hon. Members. I am told that copies of this Report are in Room 8. It is available for those who enjoy reading or anybody who desires something pictorial. Yes, Hon. Midiwo."
