    "content": "More importantly, it is fair to be informed and feel buttressed by the provisions of Article 95 of the Constitution, so that whether the Act says this or the other, Article 95 should entitle you, as the National Assembly, to discuss any matter of concern to the people and resolve it. Even if it happened in 1934, if it is of concern to the people of Kenya today, you have a responsibility to discuss and resolve it. Even if we were to completely move away from the amendments to the Commission of Inquiry Act of 2010, you would still, as the National Assembly, acting under Article 95, be entitled to discuss and resolve any matter.
