    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, it is time we said enough is enough. We cannot continue to play politics with the ICC issue. The only way you want to hoodwink the Rift Valley voters is by dragging in the name of Raila Odinga every time, so that he continues to be said he is the one who took people to The Hague. The truth of the matter is that that is not the case. Raila Odinga did not take his own comrade, the number one negotiator for the Grand Coalition Government, to The Hague. The people who took William Ruto to The Hague are known. They are the people who controlled the Government machinery. That is the truth. Those are the people who were recording phone calls. Those are the people who were monitoring communication. Let us also remember that the reason why we are debating the ICC is because of bungled elections. This should be a lesson to this country that we need to have free and fair elections, period. We cannot continue to have a situation where we are discussing about the effect of 2007 elections, with the intention of using that politics towards the 2017 elections. The Bible is very clear.
