    "content": "Yes, indeed, if he wishes to issue that as a Ministerial Statement, he can always do that. There have been occasions where very important Questions which were not asked for one reason or the other, Ministers very generously proceeded and issued a Ministerial Statement that touched on all the matters that were going to be covered by the answers to the Questions. Should the Assistant Minister wish to do that, he will just say when he is ready to issue the Ministerial Statement and the Chair will gladly oblige."
