    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, thank you for giving me a chance to support this very important Motion. I speak as a Member of the Committee and I wish to compliment my Chairperson and the Vice Chairperson for moving this Motion very well. However, I have a few things to elaborate. The Constitution that was passed in 2010 was a culmination of attempts on constitutional making for nearly 20 years.
