    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for allowing me to also contribute in support to this wonderful Motion. If this Motion came in 2010 before the promulgation of the new Constitution, it would have been defeated. Now that we are out of 2010, 2012 and are now in 2015, we have had many problems coming from the National Assembly affecting us. It is as a result of the problems that we have undergone that has made this Motion relevant and popular among Senators."
