"content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I am persuaded that, indeed, I am in order because during debate, a Senator is expected to advance his thinking to persuade the other Senators to agree with him or her. I am in order to that extent. However, if you do not agree with me, you do so through a rebuttal. I am a medical doctor and I know the difference between somebody living with disability and somebody who is lucky not to live with a disability. Therefore, I want the country to know that in no way, I am suggesting inability of persons with disabilities to articulate their issues.
