Does it mean that representation of women, persons with disability and the youth is not a matter of national interest in this country? Is Sen.(Dr.) Khalwale implying that this institution known as Parliament is not supposed to have either of the three categories, women, youth and persons with disability? He is really advising that we should be appointed in other position but not Parliament .Is he in order?"
