    "content": "With regard to his second question, although no formal evaluations have been done on the programme, preliminary results provide strong evidence that the programme is having a very big impact on lives of the beneficiary households. It has enabled them to invest in domestic animals; such as cows, goats, sheep and chicken. They sell those animals during times of hardship to enable them purchase food, pay fees, access health care and meet other basic services. Improvement in household food security is also evident."
