    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I think it is in the interest of Kenyans. This House is very important. We represent the people of Kenya who always bring petitions to this House. Therefore, Parliament should designate a specific place where Kenyans can picket from morning to evening. Through the Office of the Speaker, Parliament must provide an officer who will go and pick those petitions from Kenyans. This is done in all developed democracies and not only in Kenya.
