    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the discrimination through the pilot scheme has created a lot of tension within the constituencies and among constituencies. In my constituency, the people of Kochia, Gem, Kanyar and Home Bay Town are up in arms. What is the Ministry doing given that they have facts and figures about the state of every household to ensure that every deserving household gets these funds? When will this take place, because there is so much tension between the families that are receiving these funds and families that are not receiving? We, as leaders, are unable to give an explanation as to why this is the case or to resolve these conflicts."
